Flooding causing delays across Cairns
The Bruce Highway is closed this morning, and no alternative inland routes are available. This prevents parcel movement in and out of Cairns, with an anticipated 72-hour delay. We’re monitoring the situation closely and will continue to provide updates.
Perishable Items: As delivery times will be extended, we recommend avoiding the shipment of perishable items to Cairns.

Limited services resumed in all Aramex regions impacted by Ex-Cyclone Alfred
Aramex Gold Coast has resumed limited services today but is currently without power. Aramex Brisbane, Northern Rivers and Sunshine Coast have also reopened, though some areas remain impacted by flooding. Additionally, intermittent phone and internet disruptions may affect communication in these regions. Freight into Northern QLD has resumed, with limited deliveries from tomorrow.

Ex-Cyclone Alfred continues to impact South East QLD and the Northern Rivers region of NSW
Aramex Brisbane and Aramex Gold Coast remain closed today due to major flooding in the region. There will be no pick-ups or deliveries into, or out of these areas. Please also be advised that there is intermittent access to phone lines and internet services.
Aramex Sunshine Coast and Aramex Northern Rivers have re-opened and will be resuming services today. There are some suburbs around the Clarence River that may have delayed services due to flooding. We remain committed to minimising any inconvenience caused to you while prioritising the safety of our couriers and team members in the affected regions.
