Updates on service disruptions impacting parcel deliveries
Due to rising volume in the lead up to Christmas, there are parcel delivery delays of up to 3-4 days in some suburbs.

Due to a serious road accident, the highway between Cairns and Townville has been closed. This will impact parcel deliveries into and out of the Cairns region, as well as deliveries bound for Townsville, for at least the next 48 hours.
