How do I make a claim for a damaged or missing parcel?

Enter your Aramex Australia label number into our online parcel tracker and then select online enquiry. We kindly ask that you complete the information in full and a member of our friendly team will investigate your claim as quickly as possible.

 

When making a claim, you’ll be required to provide two forms of evidence:

1. Cost price
You must be able to prove the cost price of the goods, for example providing a copy of the supplier invoice. 

2. Type of goods
You must be able to prove the type of goods that travelled in the actual parcel, for example providing a copy of the selling invoice.
