aramexConnect - Getting started

What are the different item types I can send in aramexConnect?

There are 3 types of consignments you can send through aramexConnect: 

1. Parcel - This is usually an item packaged in a cardboard box or similar. If ‘Parcel’ is selected, enter the weight and dimensions to generate the price of sending the item.
2. Satchel – Satchels are Aramex Australia branded bags and are a predefined size. Enter the size of the satchel you’re sending from the drop-down option to generate the price of sending the item.
3. My Items – My Items are predefined parcel weights and dimensions specific to a specific item that you would send frequently. This prevents you from having to enter the dimensions each time. Select ‘My Items’ from the drop-down box and select the applicable item type to generate the price for the consignment.

You can add multiple items by selecting either ‘Add Item’ or ‘Add My Item’ located underneath the first item details.  Once you’ve finished adding all the items to the recipient, click ‘Next.’
