aramexConnect - Getting started

How can I ship International freight?

  1. Simply click on the Send heading and select the Send International option.
  2. Next, you will be asked to enter the country you want to send to. Then, enter the postcode and town/suburb and the street address.
  3. You will then be asked to enter the receiver details and contacts.
  4. In this screen, enter the item type, either parcel or document, the number of items, the shipment weight, the declared value of the goods and the description of the goods.
  5. Next, you will be asked to either use the auto generated invoice or upload your own invoice. You will not be able to proceed without choosing one of these options as each shipment must be accompanied by a commercial invoice.
  6. You can also upload any other documents that will be required for your shipments journey.
  7. Then, confirm that the details are correct and confirm that you have prepared all documents required to export your shipment from Australia.

Note: the Expected Total Cost is subject to other charges, foreign exchange rates, and duties. Any difference in the cost will be credited or debited to your account when the final cost is calculated.

You can then print your commercial invoice and the labels, and your friendly local courier will arrive to pick up the shipment. Your International label will look like this:
