How do I obtain a Proof of Delivery?

We understand that Proof of Delivery (POD) offers peace of mind, therefore Sender's can view photos of where consignments were delivered to, directly on aramexConnect Customer Portal.

1. Log in to your account on aramexconnect.com.au

2. Find your consignment: Open the consignments menu and click 'View Recent'

3. Open your consignment: From the list of your recent consignments, open one by clicking on it.

4. View photo: Scroll down on the page to view the tracking information. Click on 'Show Photo'.
