You can view the details for your local Aramex Australia Courier under the My Courier menu by clicking Details. This will show you their name, contact details, and even a photo, as well as the times at which they service the different areas in their territory.
All consignments that are booked will send a pickup notification to your Aramex Australia Courier to allow them to plan their day efficiently, however if you require a specific date or time for collection, you can notify them directly through the Messages function on the My Courier tab.
