Simply click on the Collections heading and select the Return option.
To find the label that you want to initiate a return for, you can search by using the label number, receiver’s name, address or a date range.
Once you have located the label you would like to initiate a return for, select it and you will be taken through to the returns address screen.
On the returns address screen, simply confirm the address details and hit Next.
You will then be asked to confirm details of the parcel that is being returned, the service and that the item does not contain dangerous goods.
The next step is for the pick-up of the item to be organised. You can either set the time yourself, by hitting the ‘View Details’ button once the consignment is created, or you can let the sender do this by following the email link they will receive.
To have the sender set the collection time:
The sender will receive an email containing a link directing them to aramexConnect where they can view or update the pick-up date and cycle. (Aramex Australia couriers generally operate over two cycles a day, AM and PM.) The link in the email will be valid for 48 hours by default however you can adjust this in your Options tab. This will also direct the sender to print their label/s.
To set the collection time yourself:
To confirm the pick-up date and cycle, you can view the consignments under the View Recent tab. Once you have selected the consignment to arrange pick up for, select either the Next Available or Preferred Date and cycle for the pick-up.
Once you have set the date, it will be displayed against this consignment, you can also go in and change the date and cycle again by selecting Change Collection Date.
If you want to resend the confirmation email to the Sender so they can update the collection time, simply select Resend Confirmation Email.
One of our friendly local couriers will arrive to collect your item on the agreed date to be brought back to you.
