Generally, all contact with Aramex Australia should be done by contacting your local Aramex Australia depot through Contact Us.
If you are a customer who has a recurring pick up and you wish to cancel this for the day, then you can ring the courier to advise the pick-up is not required.
The courier’s contact details can be found by selecting the My Courier tab and then selecting Messages and starting a new message. You can also get the courier’s contact details from the Details tab.
