How do I set up my printer to print labels?

Printing from aramexConnect

You can set up printing for aramexConnect labels and documents by going to the ‘Administration’ menu and then selecting the ‘Printers’ tab.

To download and print PDFs, set the PDF to one label per 4x6 inch page or four labels on an A4 sheet.

If no print utility is detected on your device, you will see the below message. Follow the instructions to install the print utility so you can print from aramexConnect straight to your printer.

Once you have installed the print utility, select the printer you want to use. You can choose a 4x6 thermal printer or an A4 printer.

Troubleshooting for thermal printers:

The printout is small and in a corner of the label.

If the printout doesn't take up available space on the label, the paper sizing may not have been set within printing preferences. This is typically set to 4 x 6 inches (or 10.16 x 15.24 cm). Ensure the page orientation is set to portrait.

The printout is jagged and blurry.

To enhance the image, set the dithering to zero within the printing preferences.

The label hasn't completely fed through on printing.

To allow more line feed after printing, set the post-printing action to tear off.
