How do I set a default Delivery Choice in aramexConnect?

What is a Delivery Choice?

Aramex offers a range of Delivery Choices. These Delivery Choices determine how you would like your parcel delivered. To find out more please visit our Delivery Choices page on our website. 

What is a Default Delivery Choice?

The Default Delivery Choice is the delivery option assigned to your account. Setting a Default Delivery Choice will save you time when consigning parcels. It will be automatically selected when you reach the ‘Additional service’ screen when creating a shipment as well as when you use manifest upload or API without specifying a Delivery Choice.

How do I set a default Delivery Choice?

1. Go to the ‘Administration’ tab in your aramexConnect account and select ‘Options’ from the drop down.
2. In the ‘Consignments’ screen, select the desired Default Delivery Choice from the ‘Default delivery options’ drop down. This will now be the default Delivery Option for your account
