How can I pay for an invoice?

If you are a credit customer, you can pay your invoice in two ways: 

  1. In the aramexConnect portal:

Navigate to the My Account tab and click Pay Invoices. Here you will see a list of outstanding invoices.  

Update the amount of each invoice you wish to pay and then select the Pay button. You will be directed to the payment gateway screen where you can enter your details and make the payment.  

Please note that the payment gateway will attract a payment fee.

 

  1. By contacting your Depot:

You can find your local Aramex Australia depot’s contact details through Contact Us  at the bottom of the screen. You can then email or call your local Aramex Australia depot, who will let you know the payment methods they can accept without using the payment gateway.
